Jim is a Board-Certified Specialist in civil trial law. According to the Florida Bar, “Certification is the highest level of recognition by The Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in the areas of law approved for certification by the Supreme Court of Florida.

Bonnie and Jim are both recognized as Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers. This is an invitation-only organization of Criminal Law and Personal Injury Law trial lawyers from around the country.

Bonnie received numerous awards while working for the Department of Justice as an Assistant United States Attorney.

Jim is a graduate of Trial Lawyers College, a program dedicated to educating lawyers and judges who are committed to the jury system and to representing and obtaining justice for individuals.
